			1) Net Points determined by Total Points/Greater of Total Races Driven or 1/2 of the total number of races run
			2) It total races run not divisible by 2 exactly, will round up to next integer
			3) In case of ties, first tie breaker will be total points accumulated.  Further ties broken by lot.
			4) Any rule not specifically addressed above or otherwise established by CADC will be decided by CADC Executive Committee by majority vote
