Points: Only team points will be awarded
Points will be accumulated based on the official finish position of each horse in the race according to
   the chart below.
For the purposes of the chart only, "Starters" will be the number of horses that start the race for the team
   with the fewer number of horses in a particular race times 2.  For example, if there are 9 horses programmed,
   5 for the East team and 4 for the West team, and one of the 4 East team's horses are scratched, while there
   would be 8 actual horses that race, the number of starters for point purposes would be 6.
If there are an unbalanced number of horses that race for each team, the unbalanced portion for the team with
   the greater number of horses racing will be ignored for point purposes only.  Using the above example, the
   two West team's horses that finish "worst" of their 5 would be ignored for point purposes only.
